Q: Hi. I just signed up for a trial here and I get the form info in my email after submit, but after the submission of the form, all there is is a "return to the form" button that when you click it gives me a page with "something seems to be missing" on it? how do I get it to go back to my website after submission.
A: The Return to Form should send you back to your site but if your server/domain has redirects etc it may fail in which case simply use the Thank You URL (set it in your account), see the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/hosthelp.php#thankyouurl .

Q: I am in the Party rental business which includes the rental of tents and other equipment. I am having a problem with scheduling and delivery times. Can this queuing model software assist me with deliveries, setups, collections and costing using standards that already exist in my company.
A: The Queuing Model calculates the optimum number of customer service points (staff) to minimize costs for your business. Queuing models are used in situations where a there is a queue for service including, counter staff, service staff, call response staff or maintenance staff. Depending upon your structure this may or may not be applicable. You can download and give it a try to see if it provides any value/insight. At a minimum it might help you to consider/quantify the cost of customer waiting time (customer dissatisfaction) and staff trade off's associated with this.

Q: Average waiting time per customer is defined as: This is the Average time each customer waits. It is displayed as a decimal value. I entered 17 in the Average customer arrival rate field and 10 in the service rate capacity per service pt field. The calculated average waiting time per customer value is 0.02. What does this actually mean. Is this 2 seconds, 2 minutes?
A: Look in the cell next to it it says Hours, Minutes etc. It is what ever you set as the basis of the arrival rate. If the set the Arrival rate as 50 customers per Hour then the average waiting time per customer is in hours. It shows you what you selected in cell f9.

Q: I am wondering if there is any validation available for the length of submissions. I have setup a form, but am concerned if someone submits too much data into a TextArea box that it will break the form. I would like to set it to just 2000 characters. Is this possible?
A: There is no data length limitation for form fields however as the data is plain text only it is unlikely to be an issue or cause any problem. The size of data in attachments is limited by the Maximum Size of File Attachment as set in the form code.
