Q: My FormBuilder1 has suddenly stopped working. When I open it on my computer to create a new form it demands that I register. What do I need to do?
A: Form1 Builder registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.

Q: I can see the form, and input the info but when I press the send button I get a page not found error.

Q: When you load the page, I get this message: SiteMap XML Dynamic SiteMap Generator Software from bizpep Registered Name: etc . Is it possible to disable it and see it from a link? I do not want this to be public information.
A: This information is only displayed on the computer which you registered the software (it is held in a cookie on that computer). On any other machine no registration details are displayed so no one else can see or access your details.

Q: I have downloaded your product for evaluation but am unable to progress beyond the first screen due to the notice informing me that the macros have been blocked. In order that I may progress further and evaluate the program regarding its suitability for my application, how do I get the valuation version to progress beyond the opening screen?
A: You need to enable Macros if you are not present with an option to enable macros you may need to adjust your macro security levels. To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros.
