A: This information is only displayed on the computer which you registered the software (it is held in a cookie on that computer). On any other machine no registration details are displayed so no one else can see or access your details.

Q: I have downloaded your product for evaluation but am unable to progress beyond the first screen due to the notice informing me that the macros have been blocked. In order that I may progress further and evaluate the program regarding its suitability for my application, how do I get the valuation version to progress beyond the opening screen?
A: You need to enable Macros if you are not present with an option to enable macros you may need to adjust your macro security levels. To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros. Q: We are having difficulty using your software - we cannot input data without your system changing it - and when we try, we are coached to unprotect it - what is the password to unprotect the document ?
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. Follow the instructions, you only input values in the blue cells. From this data other values are calculated (ie all the non imput cells are formula).
