Q: My software does not work after I paid for registration online. I already uninstalled the evaluation version but I cannot find any software with the registered version, What should I do?

A: As stated in your Registration Email "...Registration Details above will fully enable current versions of evaluation software..." Input your registration details into evaluation software and it becomes registered then rebuild any form code with the registered software to make your forms registered.

Q: Hi I am interested in registering a Sitemap XML. I am trying before though see it working with my site. When i upload the php file I get an error, Error - Unable to retrieve file contents. If this problem persists your server may not support file_get_contents or curl and is unable to read url contents. I have contacted my webhost and they say that they support the above.

A: If your server supports the required php functions it is most likely that one (or more) of your pages being crawled have coding problems. If you run a Static SiteMap and it breaks view the source of the SiteMap page and at the bottom you will see a listing of the actions and can see the last page crawled before the error. Check the page validity http://validator.w3.org/check? to identify possible coding errors. You can also set the variables to exclude certain pages to eliminate/isolate the problem page or decrease the depth or limit.

Q: I just purchased "wage calculator" and need the password to unprotect cells?

Q: Is there anywhere to add in staff breaks, as the calculator only factors wages from start to finish time?

A: In the roster sheet each staff member has 2 On and 2 Off times per day. This allows for breaks to be incorporated. Mouseover the red marker in the first On cell in the Roster sheet for details.

Q: I am evaluating your roster software and whilst it seems to be easy to use I am having difficulty in getting it to do what we need. We run a 28 day rotational roster which covers 7 days 24 hours per day with numerous positions. I need to write an 18 line (staff numbers for this particular section) which shows staff being 'spare' (over and above daily requirements). We have 8 days off and 1 programmed day off every 28 days. Is your system capable of providing this information?

A: Yes, add your 18 staff, input your shift requirements ie number of staff required per shift, set up your shifts (number of shifts/per day * 28, although initially it may be better to decrease this to shorter/smaller roster periods if possible). Use the Max hours to ensure staff can only work up to the required number of shifts in the roster period ie have 8 days off. On the 1 programmed day off if this is a set day for each staff member you can force a No work for the shift by inputting a N to manually set, see the Help file for details.
