Questions & Answers
Q: I'm having a problem with multiple pages for forms. I get an error that a Required Field is Missing, yet that variable is not even defined in my form.
A: If you are getting a Required Field missing then it must be set as a required field in the processing code of the form. Look in your form code (ie open it in a text editor) and check the value of the Defined Required Form Fields variable $defrequired. Remove the names of the field that is causing the problem if it is not required. See the Help file for details https://bizpep.com/form1/ ..

Q: I am looking for a sitemap generator that I can install and set up to run completely automatically as a cron job. I don't want to run it from my browser. I don't want to have to upload the map files. I want it to run every other day with no input or interaction from me. Will your software do this?
A: Yes, If you run it in Dynamic mode you do not need to save the results as every time it is called it rebuilds and returns a current SiteMap. So basically it provides automatic creation of the sitemap when ever it is called by anything (ie it is always current no matter what calls it a browser, google, a web crawler etc). When run this way you do not need to use a cron job, it serves no purpose because the generated sitemap is not saved but rebuilt each time it is called ie it is dynamic. This way you just set it up once and it will always reflect the current site, no updating of the sitemap required.

Q: I have trialled your Budget Compiler QuickBooks Excel 20 and am really impressed. As we are setting up budgets by classes in Quick Books we need to be able to do a class dependent import and export of the budgets. Is this possible with your solution?
A: The compiler will process the contents of the PL.csv file. So you can export or modify the PL file to only contain the items required and only these will be processed by the compiler.
