A: No, it is not a bulk emailer and sends each email individually. You can download and give it a test run to see if it suits.

Q: Can your software calculate a rate of return for a specific holding or portfolio with 15- 20 holdings? Also if I had a number of holdings in 1 portfolio can it calculate a rate of return for the entire portfolio for a selected time periods, for a selected holding or holdings in that portfolio. If I had 3 or 4 portfolios could it calculate a rate of return for all 4 portfolios as a group or for 2 of the portfolios as 1 group and 2 as another group ? If I had the same stock in different portfolios can it calculate a rate of return for that particular stock on a consolidated basis ?

A: Investment Analysis software can manage a number of portfolios and provide return analysis for each however it does not automatically provide a combined multi portfolio analysis. You would need to build a separate portfolio containing all the required investments (ie duplicate entries). It does not provide import data functionality. Q: I am using a trial Forecast and Budget Builder and wonder if there is a way to assess the following. I am looking at a business which has products ranging from a few dollars to several thousand dollars per unit. Is there any easy way to insert figures to build a budget for the whole operation, rather than do a spread sheet for each product ? There are several hundred products!

A: Using Forecast and Budget Builder you can use total business figures or break the business into sub businesses by bundling products together. In general unless there is substantial difference between the markets of the products (ie consumer goods vs government services for example) then the best approach is to simply use total business figures (ie all products together) to determine forecast inputs.

Q: I just purchased your SiteMap XML Software and I am completely lost! I have no idea what folder to upload the files to on my ftp server. Do they go in the public_html folder or WHERE exactly? Once I have the files in the correct location on the server where to I go to use the site generator?

A: Follow the Installion Instructions in the Help file https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ ie ..."To run the software on your server the software files (sitemapxml.php and smxpc.js) must both be uploaded to your server. They can be uploaded exactly the same as any normal web page. Once uploaded you can open the file sitemapxml.php from your server in a browser; JavaScript must be enabled;"... So upload to your public folder and then simply open the file sitemapxml.php in your browser ie in your browser address bar input http://www.yourdomain name.com/sitemapxml.php (where http://www.yourdomain name.com/ is your actual domain). Follow the help file and you will be fine.
