Q: Average waiting time per customer is defined as: This is the Average time each customer waits. It is displayed as a decimal value. I entered 17 in the Average customer arrival rate field and 10 in the service rate capacity per service pt field. The calculated average waiting time per customer value is 0.02. What does this actually mean. Is this 2 seconds, 2 minutes?

A: Look in the cell next to it it says Hours, Minutes etc. It is what ever you set as the basis of the arrival rate. If the set the Arrival rate as 50 customers per Hour then the average waiting time per customer is in hours. It shows you what you selected in cell f9.

Q: I am wondering if there is any validation available for the length of submissions. I have setup a form, but am concerned if someone submits too much data into a TextArea box that it will break the form. I would like to set it to just 2000 characters. Is this possible?

A: There is no data length limitation for form fields however as the data is plain text only it is unlikely to be an issue or cause any problem. The size of data in attachments is limited by the Maximum Size of File Attachment as set in the form code.

Q: With the mailmailer software, does it reveal all the email addresses that the email was sent to? I have to keep clients email address private from other clients.

A: No, it is not a bulk emailer and sends each email individually. You can download and give it a test run to see if it suits.

A: No, sorry only plain text emails no attachments.

Q: Can your software calculate a rate of return for a specific holding or portfolio with 15- 20 holdings? Also if I had a number of holdings in 1 portfolio can it calculate a rate of return for the entire portfolio for a selected time periods, for a selected holding or holdings in that portfolio. If I had 3 or 4 portfolios could it calculate a rate of return for all 4 portfolios as a group or for 2 of the portfolios as 1 group and 2 as another group ? If I had the same stock in different portfolios can it calculate a rate of return for that particular stock on a consolidated basis ?

A: Investment Analysis software can manage a number of portfolios and provide return analysis for each however it does not automatically provide a combined multi portfolio analysis. You would need to build a separate portfolio containing all the required investments (ie duplicate entries). It does not provide import data functionality.
