These statements and terms are applicable to all user developer interactions. They are intentionally drafted in a minimialist clear and concise format that consides their application and purpose.

  1. A Privacy by Design principle is in place with minimal data requirements for service delivery.
  2. Only account related information is held by the developer.
  3. Data is used solely for the delivery and improvement of the service for which it is provided, it is confidential and will never be shared or sold.
  4. Browser based applications are delivered via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. These are hosted on the developers domain, accessed via internet connection and run on the users device. Operational SaaS data is maintained on the user local device memory and is not accessible by the developer or third parties. It is confidential and secure to the user and can only be accessed from the user device and system on which it was entered.
  5. Downloadable applications do not access or alter your system or system files in any way. Data is maintained on the user local device memory and is not accessible by the developer or third parties. It is confidential and secure to the user and can only be accessed from the user device and system on which it was entered. To uninstall downloadable applications simply delete the saved files.
  6. Data can be stored on your system (Cookies/Local Storage) and on server based databases.

  8. Third party services including transaction processing, advertising, analytics and other services may be incorporated into our sites. These services are delivered by reputable main stream providers with independent privacy policies.
