Terms of Use - Software as a Service (SaaS)

These statements and terms are applicable to all hosted applications. The are intentionally drated in a minimialist clear and concise format that consides their application and purpose.

1. Software as a Service (SaaS)

Browser based applications are delivered via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. These are hosted on the developers domain, accessed via internet connection and run on the users device.

2. SaaS Delivery

The developer delivers, maintains and supports the SaaS offer. The developer may alter or adjust the SaaS offer at anytime considering enhancements, operational capacity, security, reliability, demand or any other feature deemed relevant.

SaaS delivery depends on third party service providers and local user device functionality. Hardware and software components within the SaaS delivery chain are subject to continuous improvement which may impact or inhibit SaaS delivery at any time. The functionality is as delivered and must be independently assessed to determine user suitability..

3. SaaS Access and Use

SaaS is accessed on the user device directly from the developer domain. Suitability must be independently assessed and use indicates acceptance of any and all associated risk.

Works must be used as designed and in accordance with any specific item licensing and developer payment requirements.

Time limited non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights only are provided by the developer to valid individual users. Full title of all works is maintained by the developer at all times.

User account and subscription information must not be provided to third parties and are only to be used by the individual account holder.

All operational SaaS data is maintained on the user local device memory and is the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Payments and Termination

All subscription payments are processed by PayPal and can be directly managed from the PayPal account used to subscribe. Subscription payments are automatically processed by PayPal while the subscription remains active. If the subscription is cancelled from the PayPal account prior to the completion of the current subscription period no further payments will be processed and the subscription will terminate at the end of the current subscription period.

5. Data Protection and Privacy Security and Confidentiality

A Privacy by Design principle is in place with minimal data requirements for service delivery.

Operational SaaS data is maintained on the user local device memory and is not accessible by the developer or third parties. It is confidential and secure to the user and can only be accessed from the user device and system on which it was entered.

Only account related information is held by the developer.

Data is used solely for the delivery and improvement of the service for which it as provided, it is confidential and will never be shared or sold.

Data can be stored on your system (Cookies/Local Storage) and on server based databases.

Any individually identifiable data is submitted at the user's option on an opt-out basis. If you would like to remove, review or update these details please Contact Us.

Third party services including transaction processing, advertising, analytics and other services may be incorporated into our sites. These services are delivered by reputable main stream providers with independent privacy policies

6. Intellectual Property

The developer maintains full intellectual property and proprietary rights at all times.
