Questions & Answers
Q: I am an individual that is interested in valuing some business opportunities. I would like to more fully understand your formulas. I want to be prepared to argue differences in Bizpep's valuations and the seller's valuations. What would it cost me as an individual to view the formula's in your valuation software?
A: The relationships are outlined in the Forecast Data section of the Help file https://bizpep.com/businessvaluation.html . Also if you purchase a Commercial license (3* $39.00) we can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification.

Q: I built a SiteBuilder site using software downloaded from Yahoo. Now I am considering transfering that site to another hosting provider. They said that in order for me to publish my site elsewhere, I had to buy the SiteBuilder software from you. Is that what the $39.94 fee will allow me to do? Publish anywhere?
A: If you downloaded from Yahoo I doubt the SiteBuilder you are using is our software? If it is you can already use it on any server, you simply need to upload it to that server as per the instructions https://bizpep.com/note/ .

A: Yes, if you can upload files (web pages) to your host server and it supports php then Form1 processing will run.

Q: I would like to know how does the various variables used as in level of competition, market strength, business market position and others if any, affect the computation of the forecast revenue? I need to know the formula that goes in to enable me to justify the use of the percentages. Same will apply for the expenses as well. Hope you can assist here. I have been using this tool for the evaluation period and found it very useful, and decided to get a license.
A: The relationships are outlined in Forecast Data sections of the Instructions sheet and online Help file https://bizpep.com/businessvaluation.html . We also offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied, access cell contents to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected) and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification. Our standard Non-Commercial license is for private and internal business use only. You can upgrade from a Non-Commercial license to a Commercial license at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.html .
