Questions & Answers
Q: I have been working with the Quickform design before I move on to tackle something more. I have managed to get input from the form on the server to goldmine. Two emails come into the goldmine program. There is one with the form connects and there is the one with the webimport details. They both are able to be received but the contact details are not updated as a record in Goldmine. Is there something that I am not doing. Something about the webimport form that I have not set up?
A: The form field names need to match the GoldMine field names, ie if the GoldMine email field is named email then the form field name needs to be email, it should look like <input type="text" name="email" /> . The Quick Form field names do not necessarily match your GoldMine field names. Have a look at the sample GoldMine form Form1WebImport packed with the software. You can see the field names if your view source or open it with a text editor. These names are usually the default goldmine names. You need to change your field names either by building a form or editing the form fields in a text editor so the field names match GoldMines.

Q: I ordered SitemapXML and downloaded the file, extracting it onto C:\Applications. I then went to the webpage, bizpep.com and downloaded the eval copy over writing the original and now i have the eval copy and can't get it registered. I keep getting an error message saying it is a eval copy. This is in a loop and I can't find the form to complete registration, help?
A: The software needs to run on your server and your server must support php. To run the software on your server the software files (sitemapxml.php and smxpc.js) must both be uploaded to your server. They can be uploaded exactly the same as any normal web page. Once uploaded you can open the file sitemapxml.php from your server in a browser; JavaScript must be enabled; then click Registration at the top menu of your software to register. See the Installation section of the Help file https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ . The software running on your server should look like that at https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/

Q: Your hiis tyring test q & a script seems to have a bit missing. If no answer is given then the script performs the correct error procedure, but if the WRONG answer is given a blank page is returned. This happens on your own demo as well as when I try it on my server.
A: It is designed this way. If the wrong answer is given then it is probably a script filling in the form ie not a human therefore we give them nothing. The Hii question should be very simple is a human should never get it wrong. If they do they can always use the back button.

Q: I've downloaded the evaluation version of this software and the Input tab is missing thus rendering it unusable. Any suggestions? Thanks.
A: You need to enable Macros. If you are not presented with an option to enable macros you may need to adjust your macro security levels. To adjust macro security levels from Excel go Tools, Macro, Security, Security Level. It is recommended that you select Security Level as Medium. When you open software with macros and Security Level is set as Medium you are presented with a message advising that the software contains macros with a prompt to Disable or Enable Macros. Once you have made your adjustment close Excel and reopen, then when prompted click Enable Macros. Additional detail on macros is available at https://bizpep.com/qac.php?topic=Bizpep%20FAQ&page=3 .
