Questions & Answers
Q: I need the password to unprotected the sheets.
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. Q: I downloaded a new version. I saved it in my download folder, unzipped it and copied the Form1Builder.html to a folder on my system where all code for this domain is kept. I also uploaded the the html file to the server where the domain is hosted.
A: If you move the unzipped files you need to move/copy the .html and .js (ie the html is not standalone) it needs the JavaScript file (.js) in the same directory. Also the JavaScript file must be the correct file for the Form1 Builder Software version ie the one that is packaged with it. If you try and use version 3 Form1 Builder but with a version 2 JavaScript file it will not work correctly. You must save all the unzipped files to the same directory (they need each other).

Q: Form1Builder.html page comes up differently saying "... may be due to your browser blocking or disabling JavaScript...", but JavaScript is enabled on my PC. Regardless of what I click on it gets an "error on page" each time. It shows the JavaScript that is going to run, when I hover over it. When I click on it, I get "error on page."
A: This could be because it can not find the correct JavaScript file, it has not been saved to the same directory? All files shipped need to be in the same directory. I suggest you try re downloading and installing to a completely new directory (all files). Then register using your registration details and give it a test.

Q: I do not understand what I am doing wrong when I am building a form. I have entered required, various variables, selected local form, clicked on build form and it transfers me to page that I received when I registered the software. No where can I find any code that has been generated.
A: Are you running the Form1 builder software on your computer not via the internet? Did you download and save the Form1 Builder software files to your computer and are you using these? As stated in the Local Files section of the Help file "Form1 Builder must be running on the local system (ie saved on your computer) not via the internet to use this function". If you not running Form1 Builder Software on your local system it is unable to access local files and simply reloads itself because it can not access the required file. Also as outlined in the Help file "the performance of this function is dependent upon browser functionality and it may not run correctly on all browsers. If you have difficulty consider using the Copy and Paste Code method.". However if you are using Internet Explorer 6 this should not be a problem. Let me know how you go.

Q: I have an older version of Microsoft Office (Windows 95) and your software is formatted for 32. Is there anyway for me to change the format so I can run your software with my older version of Office?
A: I do not think I have ever run it using Office 95 it runs on anything from Office 98 on, and am not sure what would be the outcome using 95. However there should not be many issues. Can you let me know how it currently runs ie what works/or does not work and I will see what can be done.
