Questions & Answers
Q: I have tried everything but cannot get results after the main page. Could this be a server issue?
A: Possibly, SiteMap XML requires a php version from 4.3.0. which was released in 2002, however any reasonable server will be running this or a later php version. The other possibility is that the php code has been corrupted and you could try re downloading/installing.

Q: The auto responder sends a thank you email to the form recipient and not the email address of the customer in the form. Why?
A: As outlined in the Help file Auto Responder section the auto response message will be sent to the input value of the Defined Email Address Form Field on form submission. The form should include an input email address field and it should be set as Required in the Defined Required Form Fields. So make sure you set the Defined Email Address Form Field and have the field in the form for the users email address with the same name. See the Help file section Defined Email Address Form Field. If you do not the delivery email address will be used as the From address and it will receive the auto response message.

Q: How do I change the font?
A: The displayed form is simply standard html code you can add a ccs (cascading style sheet) or any html code you like to adjust the display font and any other display property. If you are referring to the sent email it is displayed as determined by your system settings, you maybe able to adjust the way it is displayed using settings in your email client, but this depends on your email client.

Q: When a required field is missed, going back to the form resets the entire page so that all must be filled in again. Why?
A: See the Maintaining Form Content section of the Help file. This will work for all situations in all browsers (it is server driven). A less robust method is using JavaScript Return (see Help file, only available in version 30) however this is dependant upon users having JavaScript enabled.

Q: Processed time appears incorrect.
A: The time displayed in the form uses the server time to determine the current UTC/GMT time and then if there is a Local Time Offset it adjusts the UTC/GMT time to give the Local Time. If this is not correct either your server time is wrong, or the Local Time Offset you provided is wrong. Remember the Local Time Offset is the difference between your local time (where you read the email?) and UTC/GMT time.
