Q: I using your free trial of form1 builder my sql. I've set up a simple form, as well as db on my sql server. I continue to get a form delivery error. I know it next to impossible for you to determine what's wrong, but looking for any suggestions. If I get this to work, I'll buy your software. I've checked all the host,db, table names on both sides. I use Go Daddy hosting. Any ideas?
A: A form delivery error indicates that the data email could not be sent, so it is not a database issue. Check that your server supports php and the php mail function using the Test Code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html . If you are running on a windows server you may need to set the SMPT Server settings. For details see the Server Settings section of the Help file. This is also outlined in the Trouble Shooting section of the Help file.

Q: I used your "existing code" to create a form. I copy and pasted into my webpage (dreamweaver), and uploaded to hosting service. The site does not appear. It times out with an error message. If I upload the web page without any of your code, it displays properly. Something is written in your code when it converts my form. I bought your to do exactly this operation. Please provide some guidance. I already read your FAQ's with no results.
A: Did you use a text editor when you pasted the php code to your web page. If you pasted or opened your file with the php processing code in it using Dreamwever then you code could have been corrupted by Dreamwever. If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your web page code as an email attachment and let me know your page url and I will have a look for you.

Q: How do I remove the trial. I have removed the program but it still has your toolbar at the bottom of excel.
A: The toolbar should be removed by the program when it is closed. Possibly a forced close prevented this from happening. To manually remove the toolbar from Excel go View, Toolbars, Customize. Select Toolbars and then select and highlight the required toolbar. To remove it click Delete.

Q: I'm evaluating your Excel workbook to calculate break-even values and optimal price (workbook name: Pricing and Breakeven Analysis 21.xls) and I'm confused by your calculations of variable cost. In your documentation it states that the variable cost is 69% of the revenue; but this percentage seems to change when you increase or decrease the average price and this percentage is also different in the calculation of the optimal price. How are you calculating the variable cost under those different scenarios?
A: The 69% is simply the example applied in the software. The variable cost is an input ie you input the value of variable costs for your business (you can obtan this from your P&L or on a unit sales basis). These costs include materials, production, distribution, and transaction costs etc. The variable cost percentage is simply this number as a percentage of the revenue ie in the example 69% is 345,000 / 500,000 (variable cost / business revenue). As you change the price and/or units sold then the revenue will vary (revenue = price * units sold) and so may the variable cost percentage. If the number of units sold changes then the variable cost in monetary terms will also change ie if each unit has a variable cost of $10 and I sell 100 the variable cost is 1000 if I sell 80 it is 800.
