Q: I am not sure I understand the use of the sitemapxml.php. I've loaded the file on my server. I can get to the form and set the variables. I click generate and after a few seconds the page refreshes but no xml is generated. If I use the same parameters from the form on your page I get the xml I would expect to get. On the install/directions page(your web site) it is mentioned to not name the file as .xml because this is generated by the .php. So, my question is, when uploading the information at Google, do I use the .php file? (vs. selecting, copying, pasting to create an .xml file).
A: If when running the SiteMap XML as a form on your server you get no xml generated it maybe that your server does not suppport php. You can check using the Test Code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html . When you run it in dynamic mode (see the Help file on how to do this ie $autoXML = "Y" etc) you should submit php file to google, when google call this file (looking for the sitemap) the php creates the required xml format and then returns it to google. You can check that it all runs ok calling the php file from your browser and when running in dynamic mode it will return the required xml. As an example you can see the dynamic sitemap xml returned for the bizpep site at https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ .

Q: Suddenly when I try to use Form Builder it comes up with a screen that says this is an evaluation version. I had (have) domains registered and they all showed up yesterday. Now I am not able to use the program or see any of the domains when I click on the registration tab! What happened and how do I get this to function properly. Very confusing!
A: The registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared. As long as the Form1 Builder is registered (it displays the registered domains under registration) when a form is built the form will always run on the registered domain. If you clear cookies then before you build another form simply re-enter your registration details into the Form1 Builder before you build the form. You can see the current registration status using the Registration link in the top menu of the Form1 builder.
From what you have said it appears that cookies have been blocked/cleared. You can re-enter registration details however you do not need to re-enter all the domains at once (unless you what). You just need to make sure that the domain you are using the Form1 Builder to build a form for is registered at the time you build the form. As long as the form was built with Form1 Builder registered for the domain then that form code will be fine and runs completely independent of Form1 Builder (ie the registration is embedded in the form code. You can then add domains as required (up to the total number of licenses) at a later time/as required.

Q: My question was is in the form processing code which is default file name form1process.php - does that refer to 'form1.php' or 'form1' ? If you change the processing code file name to form2process.php do you need to go and the other file to form2.php or form2.html do you need to change any text in form2process.php? Hope that makes sense.
A: The names of the files (forms and form processing code) do not matter. You could name the form as happy.php and the processing code as sad.php as long as in the form file you set the form action to point to the processing file ie the form action points to sad.php. So of you change the processing code file name you need to change the form action to match the new processing code file name. assuming the processing code has

Q: I have been experiencing some form hijacking recently on version 20 of your PHP form. I have just implemented version 30, but it looks like the hijack is still underway. Can you tell me what you need from me to resolve this please?
A: If you built your forms using version 30 software form hijacking will be blocked. and will not be successful. However depending on your from setup you may still receive emails when a hijack attempt is made but it will not be successful due to the Form1 code. If you you do not have display as html set then you may still receive copies of attempted hijacks however they will only be delivered to you as a normal form not to the hijacker or their targets (the hijack control code is removed). If you do not want to receive these attempts you can set the Display as HTML before Submission, see the Help file for details.
