Questions & Answers
Q: I am working with your evaluation copy. I have selected a form field to be a radio button. I can't figure out how to put in the number of or values for the buttons. How is this handled in your software?
A: Standard form fields are handled as per any form. For radio buttons the name must be the same for all radios buttons in the same group and the value is what is set when the button is selected. For information on how forms function and form tutorials have a look at https://bizpep.com/formcode.html .

Q: I am getting an error when trying to process the form that I created. I think I must have something named wrong? Can you clarify how things are to be named so that they work together?
A: You can name things anything you like. But from looking at you url it appears that you have corrupted the php code in the form action. This usually occurs when you edit the file with a html editor ie FrontPage, DreamWeaver etc, php code should only be edited with a text editor or in the text area of the Form1 Builder. See the second point in the Trouble Shooting section of the Help file for details.

Q: I have an interesting scenario that I may or may not be able to use your Form1 Builder software to solve. I have a PDF order form that will submit the results to an email address or to a URL. The resulting XML file doesn't appear to be encrypted in any way and i can't find a way to do it in Acrobat, ruling out email as an option. Is it possible to submit the XML data to a URL and parse that info through Form1, encrypt, then email?
A: You can send your data using https (secure transmission) as long as your server supports this. Https is the standard secure transmission protocol. If you still wanted to encode the file itself this could be done but unless the encryption was performed by the browser you are still sending unencrypted data across a public network (http).

Q: I am having problems with the form. Have configured it in different ways and still get an error upon submission. Any help that you can give me would be appreciate it. I'd like to purchase this software, but would like to get this to work first.
A: Have you used the Test Code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html and did you receive an email? If not you may need to set the smtp values, as outlined in the Help file. If you received an email did you build and try a Quick Form (and if required set the smtp value)? If this did not work you you can send me your Quick Form as an email attachment and let me know the url of your Quick Form and I will have a look. If the Quick Form worked but you have difficulty with another form it is likely that your form is not valid, refer Trouble Shooting section of the Help file. Also please make sure that you have reviewed and checked all the items outlined in the Trouble Shooting section of the Help file.

Q: First I purchased Form 1 Builder software, then I find out I have to purchase and upgrade for my second domain. So I did. When I furnish the information for the second domain it tells me I can not add the domain this way and refers me to the help site?
A: Licensing requirements are outlined on the Purchase page, the Help file and the Software License page (linked from the Purchase page). When you upgraded to 2 domains new registration details where sent by email. On your Form1 Builder click Registration in the main menu at the top of your software. It will display the current registration. If you have previously input Registration Details and now have your Upgrade Registration Details click the 'Enter Upgrade Registration Details' link and input your new Registration Details or if this is a new Registration click the 'When you have your Registration Details Click here' button. Once you have completed the registration it will be displayed. You will then need to rebuild forms with the newly registered software so they can run on both domains. Changes to Form1 Builder registration are only applicable to forms that are built after the registration is made. ie it does not change (register existing forms) they must be rebuilt with registered software.
