Q: I am getting an error when trying to process the form that I created. I think I must have something named wrong? Can you clarify how things are to be named so that they work together?

A: You can name things anything you like. But from looking at you url it appears that you have corrupted the php code in the form action. This usually occurs when you edit the file with a html editor ie FrontPage, DreamWeaver etc, php code should only be edited with a text editor or in the text area of the Form1 Builder. See the second point in the Trouble Shooting section of the Help file for details.
