Q: I have been trying to test the form I generated on this site. It sends the email but I do not get any variables.

A: From your code I can see the you have Deliver First Letter Upper Case Fields Only set (ie $firstupper = "true";) but all your form fields are lower case so they will never be sent. So you either need to change the Deliver First Letter Upper Case Fields setting or change your form field names to start with an upper case letter (I would suggest you actually give them descriptive names). See the Deliver First Letter Upper Case Fields section of the Help file for details.
