Questions & Answers
Q: Does your GoldMine forms gen etc include source?
A: The form generation code is php based and the form layout code html. You can modify the form layout code in any many you see fit however the processing code will handle any form data and should not be modified. For more detail and to give it a test run https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: Hello - just wanted to say this is a great product - we were using a considerably more expensive product that constantly had failures. My question is this - I have successfully set up my existing form to point to your GoldMine processing code. Everything at this point is working great - the one challenge I am having is that the "Return To Form" button is producing the following error >> Method Not Allowed, The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL .
A: Thanks for the feedback. This issue is caused by your server settings. It occurs when a server limits form submission posts. To bypass this you can unset the Display as HTML before Submission and setup Message Pages to handle missing fields etc. Full details on these are in the Help file.

Q: I would like to buy your Form1 for Goldmine. We are currently processing 30-75 forms per day from our website. Will this program handle this kind of volume accurately?
A: The processing capacity is determined by your server (ie the web host). There is no limit applied by Form1 and generally processing 1,000's of forms per day should be no problem.

Q: Lets say a customer does not, for whatever reason, complete the form, can they return later to resume where they left off, using your software?
A: During the session (ie the user remains on line using the form) form content can be maintained using the Maintain Form Content feature (see the Help file for details). If they leave the site and return later content will not be maintained.

Q: I am having trouble getting the file attachment to work. I want my customers to be able to attach a picture file to the form which will be sent to my email. The attachment never comes! Have you got any ideas how I can get your form to implement?
A: Follow the Help file instructions in the File Attachment section and you should have no problems. In particular check that Display as HTML before Submission is not be selected and that file_uploads are set as on in the server php configuration. You should also make sure attachments are not being blocked by your email client, ie try delivering to a different (server) email address.
