Questions & Answers
Q: Lets say a customer does not, for whatever reason, complete the form, can they return later to resume where they left off, using your software?
A: During the session (ie the user remains on line using the form) form content can be maintained using the Maintain Form Content feature (see the Help file for details). If they leave the site and return later content will not be maintained.

Q: I am having trouble getting the file attachment to work. I want my customers to be able to attach a picture file to the form which will be sent to my email. The attachment never comes! Have you got any ideas how I can get your form to implement?
A: Follow the Help file instructions in the File Attachment section and you should have no problems. In particular check that Display as HTML before Submission is not be selected and that file_uploads are set as on in the server php configuration. You should also make sure attachments are not being blocked by your email client, ie try delivering to a different (server) email address.

Q: Do we alter the code to set the authentication?
A: Generally the domain on which the php code runs is a designated e-mail domain for use by the mail server. So by matching the email to and the smtp sever setting the email does not require authentication. There is no capacity in the script to sent authentication values but if the to address is on the smpt domain the email should be delivered ie to email address is me@mydomain.com; smtp is mail.mydomain.com; script runs on mydomain.com.

Q: How are you sending the email?
A: The form data is emailed using php sendmail which is a standard php function. If you are using a windows server you may need to set the SMTP Mailserver Setting refer to the Help file. You can test your servers support for php and the mail function using the test code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html .

Q: I am having trouble with the Select option. When I make a selection in the field Month say I pick March, And I forget another field on the form that causes me to go to the Field missing page, when I return to form the Month select has reverted back to Month.
A: As outlined in the Help file you have to replace FIELDNAME and VALUENAME with the values that apply for your form. So your first option includes $name='Expire_Month';$value='January' instead of $name='FIELDNAME';$value='VALUENAME'. This should be set for all options.
