Questions & Answers
Q: I would like to purchase this product but I am having a problem in the testing phase with a message The requested URL /< was not found on this server. Once I get past this I will be able to know if it is what I can use. I ran the php test and it looks like my server is ok. Any suggestions?
A: The form file should be uploaded to your standard web directory (usually www) and to access the form the url address would be your domain name and the form file name including the file extension ie "http://www.yourdomainname.com/form.php". This should be typed into your browser or used in your hyperlinks to open the form page. Generally if the url can not be found either it is not uploaded correctly or the url link used to access it is not correct.

Q: I ordered your software a while back and now it doesn't accept by registration information. Please advise me as to why it doesn't work anymore.
A: Registration codes only work with the software version they are designed for. So if you purchased your Form1 Builder before September 2004 you must use the matching Form1 Builder version (not the current version). You can download this superceeded version from the superceeded software page under the support menu at https://bizpep.com. It should also be noted that registration details are stored as cookies on your computer. If cookies are not enabled then the registraion details can not be stored. If you wish to leave cookies disabled then you will need to input your registration details each time you reuse Form1 Builder (before you build a form). If you still have difficulty then lease let me know exactly what does or does not happen and I will be able to assist further.

Q: I would like to purchase this software but I understand the license is kept in the form of a cookie. Since I regularly delete cookies, how would this affect the functionality of the prgram?
A: As long as the Form1 Builder is registered (it displays the registered domains under registration) when a form is built the form will always run on the registered domain. If you clear cookies then before you build another form simply re-enter your registration details into the Form1 Builder before you build the form. As long as Form1 Builder is registered when the form is built it will run without problems.

Q: I tried to use your test version of form1. I created a php file as instructed. And uploaded this to my server. When I completed the test form I got error message 405. When I tried to open the php file it tries to open in microsoft picture it, which is a picture editing softare. I would really like to buy this product but I need to get the test version working first. Any help would be appreciated?
A: If you are trying to open the php file that is located on your computer you should open it in a text editor like notepad. Either right click the file and select open with or open your text editor first and then open the file from the text editor. When you open the file on your computer all you will see is the code not the form so it is only worth doing this if you want to manually edit the code. The reason you picture editor opens is because you system guesses that the .php file is a picture. When the file is uploaded to your server open it just like any web page by typing the url directly into your browser address bar. It is usually best if you upload the php file to your standard www directory (where all your web pages go). When you open the file on your server the form will be displayed and processing will run when submitted. If you recive a server error check your upload and file url names.

Q: Once I purchase the licenses required, and am using your product,is there any advertising of yours that appears on my page once created?
A: The displayed form is enitrely modifiable by you, you can change any html content as you like, this includes meta tags etc. There are only copyright details in the processing code which is never displayed. There is no advertising etc in the form at all, set it up any way you like.
