Q: I find the form builder to be intuitive and easy to understand, but how do you integrate this with an online search capacity. I need visitors to be able to search the relevant data. It's probably a simple solution but this is very new to me and just need some direction.

A: If you are referring to searching the MYSQL data then you would require a specialised script to search the database (possibly like that used at http://www.resourcedb.com/searchad.php). Form1 Builder MYSQL does not provide this functionality.

Q: We are evaluating the Form1 Builder application. We own the server that the PHP is running on and have had PHP up and running for several years. When we try to submit a Form1 quick form, we get "Form Delivery Error". The PHP logs are clean and the log for the mail server shows that the form tried to send but doesn't say why it failed. We have set the mail server setting to. The server is configured to accept relays from the local machine and this address has worked in the past for other form submission applications but it is not working here. Any suggestions?

A: Have you run the Test Code from https://bizpep.com/phptest.html and did you receive an email? If so your php form code may be corrupt in which case try using a simple Quick Form to test form submission. The $smtpserver setting is usually only required for windows servers and if running on a windows server you may also need to have the delivery email set to a valid email on the domain the form is running. Also check with your server host to ensure that they have not set any limits to the operation of the php mail function.

Q: I paid for the software in December 2005. I now come to use it again and it states that it is an unlicensed product and therfore i cannot print. Can you please explain this?

A: You need to register the software using the registration details and instructions provided when you made your purchase. Once it is registered you will be able to print.

Q: I order your software on February 19, 2004 or within two days of that date. I never used it and wonder if I can download it again free of charge.

A: We have released a new version since 2004 but you can still downloadl the version you purchased from https://bizpep.com/superseded.html free of charge and use your registration details to register it. Your registration details will not work on the current version.

Q: I just purchased Pricing Breakeven software and have been unable to download full version. I only get the trial version?

A: As stated in the registration email your Registration Details ... "will fully enable current versions of evaluation software." Download the evaluation version and input your registaration details ie ... "To register your software, install the downloaded file and open the Excel software. Then using the tabs at the bottom of your software select the Welcome, Terms and Conditions or Thank You sheet and click the Registration Button to input your registration details. This will register your software and enable all functions." Once this is done the evaluation software is converted to the full version.
