Q: We recently purchased your software and registered the sitemapsoftware. We have placed it server however it seems only 1 person canuse it. We want to be able to provide a software tool for our users, however it seems that only the person that registered the software canuse it online. I have tried it from a different computer and it sayscookies need to be enabled in order to use this evaluation software. How can we go ahead and register the software so we can provide it tobe used on our server by some members of ours.
A: SiteMap XML is registered on a user basis. Once registered you canupgrade the number of registered users using the Registration commandfrom the top menu and then clicking the Upgrade to Additional Licenseslink. This provides pricing for additional licenses, however these arealso cookie based. If you have a situation where you would like toprovide a non cookie based license to your members give me an idea ofthe number of licenses required and your requirements for operationand I will provide pricing accordingly.

A: As advised by PayPal you paid by a Pending eCheque Payment and....'This eCheque Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds havecleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four workingdays..... You will be notified by email when the funds have clearedinto your PayPal balance.' To assist you I have manually renewed youraccount and it should be up and running. However please note that thisis subject to your payment being received/cleared within the next 7days (this should be ample time for the payment to clear throughPayPal). Let me know if I can assist further.

Q: Why does the MailMailer gives the following response after I upload.. Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit in safe mode?
A: Your server php configuration does not allow some of the functions required by MailMailer to run (ie set_time_limit). To run MailMailer this function needs to be available.

Q: I've had a quick go with the 'quick build' and have just one question you might be able to help with. I have a comments form and use SSI for adverts, bottom menu and Page Last Updated, the SSI snippets don't work, I'm not too well up on coding so I probably need to add them a different way, have you any idea how I might get them to work with the .php pages?
A: This is probably because the your server is not set up to run SSI in a php page. However you may be able to rename your .php form files with a .html extension and php may still run, this also depends upon your server setup. You could give it a quick try and see what happens. If it does not run you could ask your host about running SSI in php pages? Alternatively you could use the php include function instead of SSI, details are here http://php.net/manual/en/function.include.php . Basically you would have something in your page code like <? php include 'file.html'; ?> . Using this your included file should be either html or a php code. One more alternative would be to use your current form page and use the Form Action method (see the Help file) to process the form. This way you have a separate form and processing code and all you need to do is point your current form to the processing code file.
