A: You made a PayPal payment using an eCheque and PayPal advise that an '...eCheque Payment will remain Uncleared until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four working days'. In this case the transaction is not complete until your funds are cleared. As soon as this happens your registration details will be sent.

Q: I just purchased Form1 MySQL builder and love it! However, I'm having a problem with select boxes, contained within a <div> writing to the database. It doesn't recognize the field and contents. Do you have any suggestions for me? I wondered if there was something in the tool that I was missing.

A: If the field and value are appearing in the sent data email then it is most likely a mis mach between your field name in the form and your field name in the MYSQL database. These must be exactly the same. If it is not set in the email then it is a form issue and your form field should be check ie is it correct with a name etc. If you still have difficulty let me know the url of your form, what is sent in the delivery email, and send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and I can investigate further for you.

Q: I am very interested by Form1 Builder (great job). What about the protection (spam ...) ? With Form1, there is just 1 php file ... is it enough ? Is it possible to insert a variable code at the end in order to avoid (automatic) spams ?

A: Form1 will prevent form hijacking and form spam. See https://bizpep.com/form-hijacking.php and https://bizpep.com/form-spam.php for details. You can also add a verification code (we do this on our forms) to filter email delivery that does not have the verification code (ie is not submitted from your form). See the Verification Subject Code or Verification Body Code sections of the Help file for details.
