Q: I have not recieved a confirmation or download instructions for this product yet. Can you please forward them at the earliest

A: You made a PayPal payment using an eCheque and PayPal advise that an '...eCheque Payment will remain Uncleared until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four working days'. In this case the transaction is not complete until your funds are cleared. As soon as this happens your registration details will be sent.
