Q: I downloaded used your product to create a form because the one I was using was getting spammed. I just finished uploading your form and its the same thing, it didn't fix my problem?

A: If it is your form being filled out and submitted by a spammer use the Exclude Value (see the Fixed Process Code variables in the Help file). For example set $excludeval= "online-casino"; and the $excludemax="1"; ...this will block any form that includes online-casino more than once. If it is an automated script submitting the form you can also use the Display as HTML before Submission feature (see the Help file). We also have an additional script which can be added if you still have problems ...just let me know.

Q: How will this model work for a startup company with projected revenues of $9m in year 1, $25M in year 2, $35M in year 3 and $48M in year 4.

A: It is designed to build a forecast (revenue and costs) based on relative indicators. As it appears you already have a revenue forecast you can use it in 2 ways. Forget your other forecast and build a forecast using the relative indicators (to verify or support..or not..you other forecast?) or if you are very confident with your other forecast and understand its basis adjust the appropriate relative indicators (considering their relationship to surplus and your knowledge of the basis of your other forecast) so that the Valuation Model forecast revenues are in line with your original forecast. This can then be used as the basis of a valuation. Hope this makes sense.

Q: I build custom homes and I am looking for software that I can create Option Forms with. The client would log in and fill out options for his home. He may not finish a form, log off and come back and complete it. Also it would be nice if the forms relate to each other and fills in options based on other options. Example: A jacuzzi bathtub would need to let the electrical option sheet know that the plumbing sheet chose a jacuzzi. Is this possible with your product?

A: You can create forms with select fields (options). However if you want the settings to be remembered between sessions (ie users closes browser) you will need to use cookies or a database to store the existing data, this would require specific development. To have a different form pre populate based on previous selections would also require a specific script be developed for your application. Overall I think you would be best having the forms developed (by your web site developer) specifically for your needs.
