Q: I was pleased when I found your product because I was sure it would fit our needs. I am running into a little problem however. When I create a quick form using your sample it works fine. When I use the "existing form" option (after downloading the software to my machine) and then push it to my website I get the message that the server needs PHP.

A: If the quick form works then you are correct your server has php. Possibly when using or uploading the "existing form" the php code has been currupted. Only use a text editor for opening/editing any form that has php code in it as many html editors break php code. Try rebuilding and uploading, if you still have difficulty send me a copy of your form file as an email attachmernt and let me know the url of the file on your server and I will be able to have a look for you.

Q: I run 3 small sites and develop on my pc using MS IIS 5.1 then upload to individul hosts.How can I run the software on my PC?

A: The SiteMap software is designed to run on your sever (using php) not your pc. So simply upload it to your server and run it from there (your server requires php support). See the help files for details.

A: Yes, when you set an XML Data File name value form data will also be delivered as a XML Data File attachment to the form delivery email. See the Data Files, XML (Extensible Markup Language) File Name section of the Help file for details.

A: Yes, you will need to purchase a license for each user. If you are the only person using the software to set up password protection then a single license is fine.
