Q: Having used your form1 product for over 12 mon ths I revisited your site today and download the latest v ersion and every time now I try and run the builder I get the registration window. Is this normal despite register ing twice again today!

A: Form1 Builder will always open with the Registration page and display the current regis tration ie Registered Name: etc. If after you have regist ered and reopen the Form Builder it is not registered you r computer cookies have either been disabled/ blocked or cleared. Registration Details are saved as a cookie on yo ur computer, if cookies are not enabled or cleared you wi ll need to re input registration details each time you us e the Form Builder.

Q: I want to have an enquiry form for a new range of leisurewear we are introducing and I' ve got the "interested, size, qty" buttons to all work su ccessfully but I want to have an article total and have r ead your instructions but am still unable to obtain the e nd result. A: If you are trying to get the total to display on the page in the Total ÃâÃÂ£ column you will need to use some script code. Javascript would be best and you will need to set it to calculate when the options are clicked and h ave this included in a form field so it is sent with the form data. There are lots of javascript tutorials on the net if you are looking for more info.

Q: I am in need of a utility that would field map the data in my excelbudgets onto my quickbooks 2002 budgets. Does your compiler do exactly that? any suggestions?

A: Only if the Excel data is in the format exported by Quickbooks. It will not map a completely separate budget structure as it will not know what is what. Q: I just bought your software. In the license terms it is written that it is valid for only one user, installed on only one computer. I have got this software on only one computer and am the sole user. I have two websites registered and managed solely by me. Pls let me know if the same license is applicable for both as the license agreement certifies the use by one user (me alone).

A: Yes, that is fine. You (as the licensed single user) can utilize the software for both (or more) web sites. Only if the software was to be used by someone else then an additional license would be required.

Q: How can I make sure a user fills out a certain field. I made the student_email field required but it let me submit the form without filling out this field.

A: Make sure that the field name in your form is exactly the same as the filed name you set as required. So if the your set a required field as student_email the field name in the form must be student_email (all lower case). If you continue to have difficulty let me know the url of your form and I will have a look for you.
