Questions & Answers
Q: I've noticed that some urls are not included in my sitemaps and I can see no logical reason for the omission.
A: SiteMap XML includes all urls that are included in a href tag either relative or absolute that are on the same domain as the first Start Url (remember http:// www.mydomain.com is different to mydomain.com) as long as the depth and limit are not exceeded and it meets the Include pattern and does not have the Exclude pattern. Check that the missing url href tag is valid and url correct in the web page code, that the depth and limit have not been reached before the tag is crawled, and that the Include/Exclude settings are not preventing/removing the url from the sitemap.

Q: I bought the licence to this program yesterday and have gone through the registration process. However, I cannot unprotect the sheet to edit a few formulas. Could you please assist me in this problem?
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to view the formula applied to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected). Our standard Non-Commercial license is for private and internal business use only. You can upgrade from a Non-Commercial license to a Commercial license at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.html. Please note that Bizpep retain full copyright and intellectual property rights at all times.

Q: We are a non-profit and have 5 years of budget actual history. I am looking for a product in Excel (or standalone) that will analyze that information and try and trend/forecast future budgets. Do you sell (or know of) any such product?
A: The Budget Tool Business allows you to build a budget based on variations to previous performance however it does not analyse existing data to determine what tends/variations exist. See https://bizpep.com/BudgetTool.html for details. I am not aware of any software that performs a historical analysis and builds a forecast from the analysis.
