Q: I have a site that uses your software that I bought last year. Recently, the cookie retention doesn't seem to work on any of the pages and you have to enter the password each time that you enter the page. I was wondering if you had heard of any issues with IE 7 and this software.

A: The only reason the cookie memory would not work is if cookies were being blocked or cleared. This can occur either via the browser security settings or due to some anti-virus security software actions. It is not an IE7 issue unless IE is blocking cookies, check your security settings.
