Questions & Answers
Q: I downloaded the trial and only used it 1 or 2 times, but my question is regarding the php. I guess it isn't on my computer because nothing happened when I ran the test. Does it come with your software if I buy it?
A: Php usually runs on your server ie your web host. You generate password protection code and add it to your web pages then upload to your server. When the web page is called from the server ie using the url in your browser; the server runs the php password protection code. You do not need php on your computer just your server. For more detail on php see https://bizpep.com/phptest.html .

Q: I tried the trial version and now I can not eliminate the addin menu items in the addin tab. How can I eliminate them?
A: When you close the Budget Tool Business Excel file the toolbars should be automatically removed from Excel. If not you can manually remove them. To do this from Excel go View, Toolbars and unclick the Budget Tool Business toolbars (there maybe 2 of them).

Q: I am using your trial version to see if our organization can use this to populate a cash flow and budget. Currently we have to manually enter each number into an excel sheet once a month across multiple projects that we have set up as classes in quick books. Can this software be modified, or Quickbooks itself, to be able to include individual salaries and other specific row categories so we can budget for those individuals? I don't believe we want to create a new lin e item (if that's what it is called) for each person so that it will show up as a row on the P&L. We would want it mostly to be able to upload back into the Quickbooks budgeting.
A: Not really, possibly you could manually adjust budgets/lines to achieve what you require and then have this converted to an Imp.iff file for importing to QuickBooks however this would most likely be as time consuming (possibly more) as your direct Excel method currently used.

Q: What does the license cover? a domain? a server? Can I use it on my whole server and domains?
A: The Number of Licenses determines the maximum Number of Users licensed to use this software. A user can use the software to build sitemaps for any domain they wish. If there is only 1 user then a single user license is suitable and allows that user to build sitemaps for any domain.

Q: Ideally, I want it to create an XML sitemap on the fly... How do I submit it to google? As sitemap.xml? Does this file get updated and how does it happen? Is it manual or automatic?
A: If you use our Dynamic SitMap XML in Dynamic mode the xml sitemap is automatically updated every time it is called ie (when google or anyone else checks it). It always shows current pages and does not need to be monitored or updated. A Dynamic site map is simply php code that rebuilds the sitemap everytime it is called. You save this Dynamic sitemap code as file to your server ie sitemapxml.php and submit the file url sitemapxml.php to google as the sitemap file. For details see https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/
