Q: Hi. Am going to subscribe...probably for one month. I am wondering about your billing policy. I assume that if I do not cancel somewhere in the first month that I will be automatically billed for the second month. In that I will not need the program on a long-term basis, I was looking for information to cancel and did not find any. Can you forward instructions? Thanks.

A: You can cancel your subscription directly from your PayPal account used when you subscribed. Simply log into your PayPal account using your PayPal account details (ie PayPal account user/password) and cancel from there. Subscription payments are automatically processed monthly if the subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription prior to the completion of the monthly period no further payments will be processed.

Q: I am a (pro-bono) webmaster of more than one website. If I buy a license, will that be valid for use on more than one website?

A: The Number of Licenses determines the maximum Number of Users licensed to use this software. A user can use the software to build sitemaps for any domain they wish. If there is only 1 user then a single user license is suitable and allows that user to build sitemaps for any domain. In your case if you are the only user a single license will be suitable and you will be able to build sitemaps for all your websites.

Q: Can you point the variable/fixed cost % formula to a specific revenue category versus the total revenue?

A: No cost percentages are displayed as a percentage of Total Revenue. If required when you Copy to New Sheet you can add your own rows/formula to display specific percentages as desired.

Q: Why did my registration expire?

A: Only code built using registered software will continue functioning. You must build dynamic code using registered software, when this is done the registration is embedded in the code. You can see the registration status of you software from the Registration tab of your software (ie the file sitemapxml.php). Software registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build registered code. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared or blocked.

Q: I have downloaded the 7 day trial, and I am having trouble adding a revenue category. Each time I select to add a revenue category, it adds a line. Please advise. Thanks.

A: To see Categories you must select the Categories checkbox in Show Details at the top. If you are starting with the initial set up simply select cell B24 and click the Add a Revenue Category Button. This adds a Category and a Revenue Line. If you do not have the Categories checkbox selected you will only see the line.
