Q: Do you have a process for updating the xml sitemap? Meaning if a client uploads a new page to their site, do we have a way of knowing this/checking this and making sure the xml sitemap gets updated on the server and in google webmaster tool.
A: If you use our Dynamic SitMap XML in Dynamic mode the xml sitemap is automatically updated every time it is called ie (when google or anyone else checks it). It always shows current pages and does not need to be monitored or updated. A Dynamic site map always reflects the status of your site. For details see https://bizpep.com/sitemapxml/ .

Q: The "UpdatePL" button returns an error claiming it cannot find the PL.csv file. The file is present and is located in the same directory as the main application. Cannot procede - please help.
A: Are you using the example PL.csv file that was packaged with the compiler or 1 you have created? Test first using the example PL.csv file and it should import (making sure it is in the same directory). Then try your PL.csv file (making sure it is in the same directory), if it does not import there maybe a format problem with the PL.csv file you created and it needs to be checked. If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your PL.csv file and I will have a look for you.

Q: I need to put word doc and pdf, and ppt files in a directory on my website, and then create a search engine to find the documents by topic and keyword. With the topics, some docs will fall into 2-3 different topics, so I need to search by Meta tag or something to identify the individual doc by.... I donâÃâ¬Ãâ¢t want to convert the docs to html format; I want to keep them in their original format for downloading purposes.
A: You probably need to build a specialized search script. Possibly one where you actually set up a MYSQL database with your keywords related to a specific file search the database and return the file ie you are not searching the files just your database. I am not aware of any off the shelf solutions for this. An alternative would be to build a simple html file with the keywords and maybe some text from the files and add a javascript redirect to the actual file. Let the html be crawled by SE's (ie possibly add an XML SiteMap) and as they do not run javascript they will see the html but when a browser goes to the page the javasript redirects to the actual file. This approach does have some search engine positive and negatives ie SE may see your html page as poor quality and keyword stuffed (this depends upon your content) but the pages would be widely indexed, and you could simply use a local Google search box on your site as the search engine.

Q: I am looking at a situation where someone could staff a service point for part of an hour. As a result I wouldn't necessarily need the service points to be in full hours. Is there any way to manipulate the model to allow me to enter partial service points (eg, 1.5 or 2.5)?
A: Logically (and theoretically) less than a full service point is not valid and cannot be applied in the model. However in practice you could have the partial service point. As an indication the result of the partial service point would lie some where between the results either side of it.
