Q: I have put in formula from my own in the input cells, which by the way didn't save. Are you saying in the input cells I can only put in numbers no formulas?
A: You can use formula in the form inputs but the calculated values must result in numbers ie all input values must equate to numbers. When you Save Profile only the value will be saved not the formula. As a non design work around if you want set formulas then you could input them into the Form but and they will be saved when you save the file but if you Retrieve a profile they will be overwritten so to have different profiles you would need to save each file as a different name.

Q: I have been using the spread sheet and its useful to say the least. However, I couldn't help but notice few problems with it. for e.g. if I do change values in the spread sheet and resave it then most likely the numbers in the over all totalling sheets will not change and you will have to delet the sheet then make a new one inorder to have the correct data showing.
A: Values should be changed on the Form sheet only and when you Save Profile the updated values are transferred to the Table sheet and totals updated. The Table sheet does not include all formula only values updated from the Form when you save a profile. As outlined in the Help all value changes should be done on the Form sheet. When the profile is saved the table sheet is then updated.

Q: Hi, I have a question about your HII script. I like how it works with the exception of one thing. When a form is submitted with the incorrect answer and is not blank, then the page just turns white and the form is not submitted. Can you tell me if you know how to make it go to the $hiirequiredurl as it acts when the field is left blank?
A: It is designed this way. If the wrong answer is given then it is probably a script filling in the form ie not a human therefore we give them nothing. The Hii question should be very simple is a human should never get it wrong. If they do they can always use the back button. It cannot be set to go to the $hiirequiredurl if blank.

Q: The above order was placed to add a second license to my existing account. When I registered for a second account, I received a new registration code. Does my original registration code still work for the other web site I registered for? I do not want my other web site form to stop working. With each new license, do I get a separate registration code?
A: The new registration code allows you to add an additional domain to your registration. Click Registration from your software and then Enter Upgrade Registration Details and follow the prompts. This allows you to add your second domain to the registration. It has no impact on any forms you have already built and they will continue to function exactly as before. All it does is allow any new forms built with the new registration to run on either of your registered domains. With each new license a new registration code is generated that allows you to add the new domains to the registration.

Q: If you want to assign several people to the same shift (I want them permanently there) what do you do? I tried it, built the schedule and everyone had moved around. I described the shift and put a YÂ in the appropriate cells, but they all moved.
A: Marked cells ie input a "Y" only operate for 1 Build Roster and are then cleared to allow a new roster. So you cannot permanently set them for repeat rosters, they need to be re input before each build roster. If staff are permanently on set shifts then depending upon your structure you maybe able to simply exclude this shift allocation from the roster calculation as it is predetermined.
