Q: Licensing question clarification. I want to use Form1 Builder for one domain but would like to work from home and work offices. Can I do this with one license?
A: Yes, the one license would be suitable for this case where there is a single user (you) with the software registered on 2 computers.

Q: It says "registration details are not valid"?
A: Your Registration Details only work with the version software you purchased. You purchased version 11 so you must use your registration details with version 11. It appears you are trying to register version 20. I retested your registration with version 11 software and it is fine. Download and install version 11 software from https://bizpep.com/superseded.html . The software version number is displayed at the top of the help file (2nd line).

Q: I started my computer back up because it crashed, now Form1 Builder doesn't work?
A: If nothing happens when you click a link or button it is probably because you have javascript disabled in your browser. For details on enabling script see http://www.nspcc.org.uk/noscript.htm .

Q: I started my computer over again and I tried to get the Form1 Builder Software. I tried it many times and my resisted info doesn't work?
A: I am not sure what you mean by "tried to get the Form1 Builder Software" and "does not work", but if cookies are deleted, or removed (when something happen to your computer?) you will need to re-input your registration details to re-register your Form1 Builder before you can build registered forms. Cookies must be enabled to record the registration details. If you now have an old browser you will need to update your browser, you can do this for free, for details see https://bizpep.com/form1/ . Are you trying to register the correct version software ie the version prior to Aug 2004 is available at https://bizpep.com/superseded.html . If none these not solve the problem please provide more detail.

Q: I have my form - sending a csv file with the email - how can I make the csv file have column headers with specific titles I will give them?
A: The csv function is designed to send only the data component of the form because usually multiple form submissions will be combined into a single csv file by the receiver. You can use headers by setting up a csv file with your headers required (in the order of data sent in your form) and then importing the delivered csv form data files into the master file when data is received. This allows you to import multiple form data submissions into a single file.
