Q: Your software is exactly what i need to send emails out, but there is a problem, i tried to download the php file but my computer can't open the files, this is the problem i am facing right now, is there anything you can do for me, i need to purchase your software but this php stuff is really a hindrance to it,how else can you help me.

A: MailMailer does not run on your computer, it runs on your server ie your Internet service provider or web host. You need to upload the files to your server and the server runs the php code. If the server does not support php the files will not run. Do not try to run them on your desk top computer simply download the file and then upload to your server and run it from your web browser.

Q: I have just tried your on site sampler, sending a sample mail to 6 or 7 e-mail addresses. They are all mine, and so far none of them have received the sample sent.

Q: I'm afraid I can't get the full version of your software to upload on my computer,I've tried following the instructions on your pages, but won't work. Is it possible for you to send me a automatic link to the full working software of the MailMailer. When I did the php test is seemed ok. Seems a pity I can't get this to work in full mode, as I got to load individual email addresses,take ages?

A: If you mean you cannot download the MailMailer software I have attached it to this email. You need to unzip it and then upload the MailMailer php file to your server (if you have trouble with this upload you will need to contact your server host). You upload it exactly as you did the test code file (did you receive the test code email when you ran it?). If you have uploaded the file to your server and still have difficulty send me the url of your MailMailer on your server and I will have a look for you. Q: Please advise whether there is any way that I can use MailMailer from my desktop. If so, how would I proceed to do so?

A: MailMailer usually uses the server to send emails. So you can only use it when your computer can access the internet server (MailMailer hosted on your server). If you have php set up to run on your desktop (not common) then you could run it independently on your desktop without connecting to the internet.

Q: The forms I have tried all work perfectly if I choose a single source and save as php, but when I try and save an html file as apply.htm and the php as apply.php the form always gives a 404.

A: Is the 404 error when you try to view the form (.htm) or when your submit it? If it occurs when your view the form then check your server as it is simply an upload naming issue. If it is when you submit then check the form action in the htm file to ensure that it points to the php file ie action="apply.php". If you still have problems try calling apply .php directly from your browser to make sure it exists, if there is no 4040 error then try changing the name of apply.php to something different from the htm file name in case your server ignores file extensions ie applyprocess.php (make sure you also adjust the form action to match).
