Questions & Answers
Q: I would like to setup an email system that would send out various auto-respond emails to my customers based on a code number supplied by the customer in the subject of the original email. Can you help me with this?
A: One option would be to use java script to deliver your form to a different form processor file (see the form action method in the help file) depending on the code number supplied and have a different auto response set for each. This could also be achieved by setting a different delivery email address in each processing file and then setting the autoresponse for each individual email address in your server. These would only work if javascript was enabled in the clients browser and are therefore not ideal. The best solution for this would be to add a multiple auto response feature to the Form1 code however this would require additional development work and cost. Let me know your thoughts.

Q: I've made several forms after purchasing and im using it on my registered website and it's saying error the website is'nt registered?
A: The forms must be made with registered software if they were made before the software was registered you will need to remake them. You can see the registered domain under Registration in the Form1 Builder Menu, this must match the domain on which your forms are hosted and forms must be made after the Form1 Builder was registered. If you continue to have difficulty send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and let me know the url of the form on your site and I will have a look for you.

Q: I want to pass a variable from my HTML form page to the form processor. The variable is Sales_Rep from my form. = "Sales_Rep"; didn't work. Is there an easy way to do it?
A: All form fields (only upper case if set) are passed to the processor and will appear in the delivery email and are available for the MYSQL database. If you set the $delemail = "Sales_Rep"; then the form field that is identified as the delivery email will be the field with the name "Sales_Rep" as long as the $delemail field is not set in the processing script. Any settings on the processing script will overwrite settings in the form. Possbily you have $delemail set in the processing script? To clear it in the script make $delemail ="";
