Q: I am a registered user for the Form1 Builder software, but I have a older version. Can I download the latest version and use my same registration details to register it?
A: Registration details only apply to the software version for which they are purchased. You can not use old version registration details with new software releases, you will need to purchase a license for the new version.

Q: The form arrives with an empty line between fields. Can I change it to get rid of the empty lines?
A: You can adjust the line break between field name and data as per the Line Break Off section in the Help file, but can not change the line break between each field.

Q: We have purchased the software - but are getting a Form Expired message. How do I register?
A: When you purchased you were sent registration details by email these must be input into you Form1 Builder to register it. Registration details are saved as cookies on your computer. You can see the current registration of your Form1 Builder when you click Registration from the top menu. Forms that are built with unregistered software will expire. You form has not been built with registered software. Register your Form1 builder and rebuild your form.

Q: The from address in the email always seems to be the delivery address. How can I make the email entered in the for appear instead?
A: If no Defined Email address exists the from email is set as the delivery email. To set the from email address as a user input form field value set the Defined Email Address Form Field as the name of the email input field. By default this is set as Email_Address. So if you are using the default settings you can simply make the form field name Email_Address. Details are provided in the software help file or online at https://bizpep.com/form1/ .
