Questions & Answers
Q: I purchased your MailMailer version 2.0 software last year. It has performed very well. We are very satisfied with it. As with any software program, once the user starts using it, changes begin to dance in their heads. One of the requests I have is to add an opt-in:opt-out function. Is there any provision to do this or do I have to look for new software?
A: We do not plan to add this functionality to the software at this stage (although it could be provided with specific development work). It may be best to see if you can locate a software package that currently includes the required features. Thanks for the feedback.

Q: I'd to know how the mailmailer works, and I'd like know what PHP? How can i download Php to my system? Does it bypass ISP? Can i give it a name of my choice?
A: MailMailer is not designed for bulk emailing, it is a php coded file that runs on your server, so if your isp provides your server space then it uses the isp server. As a standard php file it can be renamed to anything you like as long as the extension ie .php is recognized as a php file by your server. To test your server php support refer to http:// bizpep.com/phptest.html and for additional detail on php try http:// www.php.net .

Q: I have purchased mailmailer.php from you and I have one question/problem. How do I send messages in html format ....the textarea sends the code as it is. Doesn't recognizes the html format.
A: MailMailer is not designed to send html emails. As outlined at https://bizpep.com/MailMailerInfo.php and in the Help file it sends "clean virus free text emails". This ensures that email deliveries cannot be infected with viruses as only plain text is delivered.
