Q: I'm afraid I can't get the full version of your software to upload on my computer,I've tried following the instructions on your pages, but won't work. Is it possible for you to send me a automatic link to the full working software of the MailMailer. When I did the php test is seemed ok. Seems a pity I can't get this to work in full mode, as I got to load individual email addresses,take ages?

A: If you mean you cannot download the MailMailer software I have attached it to this email. You need to unzip it and then upload the MailMailer php file to your server (if you have trouble with this upload you will need to contact your server host). You upload it exactly as you did the test code file (did you receive the test code email when you ran it?). If you have uploaded the file to your server and still have difficulty send me the url of your MailMailer on your server and I will have a look for you. You will need to tell me exactly what is or is not happening so I can help you further.
