Q: Please advise whether there is any way that I can use MailMailer from my desktop. If so, how would I proceed to do so?
A: MailMailer usually uses the server to send emails. So you can only use it when your computer can access the internet server (MailMailer hosted on your server). If you have php set up to run on your desktop (not common) then you could run it independently on your desktop without connecting to the internet.
