Q: I'd like to update and retrieve data from a client's GoldMine database using only PHP. Is your Form1 Builder GoldMine software and my linux server all I need?
A: As long as your server supports php you can use the Form1 Builder GoldMine to add data submitted by form to your clients GoldMine data base automatically. Data retrieval however is via GoldMine itself.

Q: After having pressed the Update PL Control Button to import data from the PLJan, PLFeb, PLMar and PLApr. All the headings have been imported but not the figures. Why?
A: Thanks for the file. It runs fine on my pc however looking at your Update the date format is not correct. This appears to be due to your pc/excel not being able to identify/interept the value in cell E8 of the PL files as a valid date. This will be because the PL file date format (as exported form MYOB) is different to the date format used by your excel.
To use the example PL files you can simply open them and overwrite the date in cell E8 with a valid date for your system ie mm/dd/yyyy or Jan 2005 etc. Then save the PL file, Reset the compiler and UpdatePL. Even better would be to create your own PL files by exporting your data from MYOB to excel and using these as your PL files.
