Q: Hi, I would like to suggest your product to a client, however I would like your advice. I would like to create a multiple form for the client with your product and I would like the form submissions to be collected into a database of names and email addresses. What products that you provide should I suggest?

A: You can use Form1 Builder MYSQL to set up a multipage form and then have the submitted data input into a MYSQL database. MYSQL is an open source database designed for internet applications and is provided as a component of many hosting services. Alternativly you can use a GoldMine Database and Form1 Builder GoldMine however you would need to purchase the GoldMine database package which generaaly runs on you computer (not the server). For your application perhaps MYSQL would be best.

Q: I have tried to run your online XML sitemap generator with link depth 2 and max links 5000 but am limited to link depth 1 and less than 1000 links... I have tried in both IE and Opera.

A: The online version is limited in both depth and links. If you download and run SiteMap XML on your server you will be able to set higher link and depth values.

Q: To run the sitmapxml.php in dynamic mode on the server, do you need to specify the start url(s), or will this be done dynamically as well?

A: You need to provide at least 1 start url. This is usually the base domain but can be any valid url on the domain.

Q: I am currently evaluating your compiler for likely purchase...however, there seems to be an error that occurs "New Budget Incomplete: Unable to Identify Top Line" when generating a new Budget. This error prevents months beyond January from populating Budget figures. Short of this problem the product seems solid and I will purchase if this problem can be resolved.

A: This sounds like a formatting issue. The Compiler looks for specific formatting in the PL files. Descriptions are set from the first column of the PL.csv file and Months from the first row that includes "Total". If it cannot identify the correct formatting it is unable to determine the data to use. For details see the Help file ( https://bizpep.com/budgetbusiness.html ) Formatting Requirements section.

Q: When I use my home page URL, which is a frameset, I only get a single link. When I use the menu page, all the appropriate things come up. Is there anything I should know regarding frames that will make SiteMap XML take the frameset page?

A: SiteMap XML will only locate the href links located in in the pages it crawls. When using frames each frame is really a separate web page so for SiteMap XML to use all frame pages simply input all the framed pages as Start URLs ie in your case the home page url and the menu url.
