Q: How do I get a subject in the email that is sent. I get an email with a blank subject line.
A: You can set a field in the form whose value can be used as the subject of the form delivery email. This is done by setting the default subject field name in the processing script and whatever value or input is provided in this form field will be used as the email subject. For details see the Default variables section of the help file.

Q: Hi, I would like to suggest your product to a client, however I would like your advice. I would like to create a multiple form for the client with your product and I would like the form submissions to be collected into a database of names and email addresses. What products that you provide should I suggest?
A: You can use Form1 Builder MYSQL to set up a multipage form and then have the submitted data input into a MYSQL database. MYSQL is an open source database designed for internet applications and is provided as a component of many hosting services. Alternativly you can use a GoldMine Database and Form1 Builder GoldMine however you would need to purchase the GoldMine database package which generaaly runs on you computer (not the server). For your application perhaps MYSQL would be best.
