Questions & Answers
Q: I am currently trying your Form 1 solution. I wold like to ask what will happen to the script after 7 days without registering, will it stop working completely or partially? A week is a bit short on the time that I need to test the script I have made and so was concerned as to whether to continue testing it if I only have that time.
A: After the evaluation time the form will run but not be delivered when submitted. As long as you have tested that form delivery occurs on your server you can be confident that all functions will operate as outlined on your server. If you are building complex forms it is best to do this with registered software as unless a form is built with registered software it will expire, form delivery will stop and you will need to rebuild the form with registered software.

Q: Hi, I'm interested in Formbuilder. I design sites, and always have a need for forms. I have limited knowledge of CGI/PHP, yet want forms that I can create, that deliver the data. Does this product require any server side knowledge on my part, or is it some type of 'wizard' I can just list email recipients as target emails for these forms, and they'll work, the forms will actually deliver the data?
A: No cgi/php programing is required. Simply click a button and Form1 Builder creates a form and processing script based on some basic input variables (ie delivery email address etc). When a form is processed by the script the form submission data will be sent to the email delivery address. Please note your server must support php to run the generated processing script however you do not need any php knowledge.

Q: When we try and input our Quick books Excel, a message comes up that says: compile error in hidden module. I have saved the quickbooks as Pl.csv as instructed. Please contact us to let us know how to proceed.
A: Have you run the software initially with the sample files as provided? If so and they run correctly check the PL file you created. It must be saved as PL.csv (not Pl.csv), in the same directory as the compiler and of the required format. If you still have difficulty let me know exactly what steps you have undertaken and I assist further.

Q: I would like to Order the Upgrade to Form 1 for Goldmine
A: If you have an existing license and you you like to add additional users/domains you can use the upgrade link https://bizpep.com/upgrade.php . Simply input your current license details and the number of additional licenses required and follow the prompts. Once the transaction is processed new registration details will be delivered by email. You can then input these into your software to add users/domains. This allows you to upgrade the number of licenses, it does not allow an upgrade from one software title to another. To purchase a new software title ie Form1 builder GoldMine you can use the link https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: I have downloaded and tried out Form 1 Builder MYSQL. Everything works great, created a form, uploaded to my web tried it out and all results entered into the database properly and autoresponders etc. worked great. The problem is that I can't find where to validate email address' or any of the form fields.
A: For the email address to be validated you need to set the Defined Email Address Form Field. Once this is set the field will be checked to ensure it is a valid email address. In your sample form this field is named "Email". For details see the Help file or the online Help at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . Other fields can be defined as Required see the Help file or https://bizpep.com/form1/ .
