Q: Hi-I created a form after registering the software and now our users are getting a message saying that this form is not registered.... Now this form is very complicated....to re-do it would take a lot of time...how do I get this form back up and running?
A: Registration details are saved as cookies on your computer. You can see the current registration of your Form1 Builder when you click Registration from the top menu. Forms that are built with unregistered software will expire. It appears that your form has not been built with registered software. Rememer that it must also be registered for the correct domain. This protects you from malisious unauthorized form use ie form hijacking. Your Form1 Builder must be registered for the domain the form is running on. If required you can register an additional domain at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.php .
The easiest way to convert a non registered form to a registered form is to use the Copy and Paste method as outlined in the Help file ( https://bizpep.com/form1/ ). Make sure your Form1 Builder is registered correctly (click Registration from the top menu), set any processing code variables, build a Quick Form and replace the unregistered processing code at the top of your unregistered form with the registered processing code from the Processing Code Only text area. Save and upload the modified form and your should be up and running.
