Q: I have been trying your free test form on my site but cannot get it to work. I am interested in buying Form1 builder but must be sure it works. Can you take a look at the form I created and let me know what I may have done wrong and if your product will work on my website?
A: You appear to have used FrontPage with the generated form code. So you basically have the correct form code pasted/embedded into another page (generated by FrontPage). There fore the html code is corrupt. It is recommended that you do not use html editors when using the form1 code as they can corrupt the code. Please use a text editor as outlined in Form1 builder and the Help file. Rebuild a QucikForm as outlined in the Help file and then save it to your server, do not use FrontPage. Also remember your server must support php and you may need to give the file a .php extension, see the Help file for details.
