Questions & Answers
Q: Just purchased your great spreadsheet. Can you provide me with the password for editing cells so I can customize it to my preference?
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to view the formula applied to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected). Our standard Non-Commercial license is for private and internal business use only. You can upgrade from a Non-Commercial license to a Commercial license at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.html . Please note that Bizpep retain full copyright and intellectual property rights at all times.

Q: I have paid for the software but have not received it. Any help appreciated.
A: Your payment via PayPal was an eCheque. As soon as it clears registration details will be sent. For eCheques as PayPal advise "This eCheque payment will remain 'Uncleared' until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four working days. If you are shipping an item, please do not ship your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your PayPal balance." As soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the payment has been completed registration details will be sent.

Q: I registered the software and used it to make a form. When I went to use it again later in the day, it is asking for registration details all over again. I am on Mac OS 10.4.6.
A: The registration details are recorded as cookies on your computer. If your cookies are blocked, cleared or removed you will loose the registration details and will need to re-input them to build a registered form. To maintain the registration details entered ensure cookies are enabled and are not cleared. As long as the Form1 Builder is registered (it displays the registered domains under registration) when a form is built the form will always run on the registered domain. If you clear cookies then before you build another form simply re-enter your registration details into the Form1 Builder before you build the form. You can see the current registration status using the Registration link in the top menu of the Form1 builder. Make sure there is valid registration before you build the form code.

Q: I downloaded your software today. I tried to make a sitemap so I selected "Google Sitemap". Then I selected "Generate Dynamic Sitemap". After it generated it I lciked the button that said "View Static Sitemap" and I got this error: XML Parsing Error: not well-formed. Does this mean that there is a problem with the Dynamic Sitemap Code? Can one upload this kind of sitemap to Google?
A: With the new software release it Generates Dynamic Site Map Code which must be uploaded to your server to run. As stated in the Help you can not use the Display Static SiteMap when you Generate Dynamic Site Map Code. When you Generate Dynamic Site Map Code the output is code that will created a dynamic sitemap when you upload it to your server and it is called. So for a dynamic sitemap set your input variables click Generate Dynamic Site Map Code select copy and save the output and upload it to your server. Then call the upload file and a sitemap should be displayed. It is usually worth initially Generating a Static SiteMap (to ensure your settings are as required, SiteMap XML must be running on a server with php support) and which you can view using the Display Static SiteMap. Then once you are happy with the results Generate Dynamic Site Map Code and upload it to your server. Google will accept the Dynamic Site Map Code, usually you should give it a .php extension ie sitemap.php.

Q: Naming a report plcur.xls can't be found and i tried individual months but it only shows 1 month in the dec slot?
A: Does it run with the example files? If so it is a problem with your report files. Your files should have the correct case ie PLCur.xls not plcur.xls, and be in the same directory as the compiler. Also make sure you have input a valid date ie Month Year display in the first date cell (blue).
