Q: I'm confused. I created a quickform for Goldmine Import format. Since my hosted webserver doesn't support php (they use ASPMail), I changed the action to my bizpep Hosting address. I posted the html into a blank page on my website but I immediately get this error (first part). What am I doing wrong? Why won't the message go to the your php host?
A: It sounds like you still have php (the processing code) at the top of your html form. To run via bizpep there should be no php code at the top of your web page html. You can open the page in a text editor and delete any php code at the top. If you still have difficulty send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and I will have a look for you.

Q: I downloaded the software to try, uploaded a form and input all the database information. Now I get to the existing form where I click on the code and it says "building" "loading". May I not go to be able to see the code before I buy your product.
A: If you are attempting to use the Existing Form Local file function the software must be running on your local system (not the internet). As stated in the Local Files section of the Help file "Form1 Builder must be running on the local system (ie saved on your computer) not via the internet to use this function". If you not running Form1 Builder Software on your local system it is unable to access local files and simply reloads itself because it can not access the required file. Try building a Quick Form initially (you can see all the code) so you understand the process and then build other forms. Let me know how you go.

Q: I have purchased and registered your software. When I try to upload the sitemap to Google it refuses to accept the sitemap.psp that you recommend and seems to only accept sitemap.xml
A: If you are uploading the Dynamic Sitemap Code it is recommended that it should be named sitemap.php (ie php not psp and your server must support php, see the Help for details). If you are uploading a Static SiteMap it should be sitemap.xml. In reality Google will accept any name for your sitemap but the extension should be correct for the file to be interpreted correctly. If you site have difficulty there may be something wrong with your file, open it in your browser from your server and see that it looks correct. If you cannot identify the issue send me the url of your sitemap and I can have a look. Let me know how you go.
