Questions & Answers
Q: Looking for software that will give an annualized IRR on an individual bond investment and also an annualized IRR for an entire portfolio of bond investments
A: We do not have anything along these lines. You could try a search at http:// www.resourcedb.com . An Excel spreadsheet would be a reasonable development base for this type of information.

Q: thanks for the source viewer, it works really well. I've integrated it into a php newsletter mail script (shows user source code of an email updated by a content CMS which they then cut and paste) However I want the php to be processed so it just shows html output. Could you tell me how to do this? Or do you know of any code similar to yours which just outputs html?
A: If you only want to display the html you could simply use a the View Source function of the browser. To do it with php you can could encode the html (so it displays as text not html) and echo (write) this to your page. I am not aware of any standard scripts that do this. But you could try a search at http:// www.resourcedb.com or http:// www.hotscripts.com .

Q: I'm confused. I created a quickform for Goldmine Import format. Since my hosted webserver doesn't support php (they use ASPMail), I changed the action to my bizpep Hosting address. I posted the html into a blank page on my website but I immediately get this error (first part). What am I doing wrong? Why won't the message go to the your php host?
A: It sounds like you still have php (the processing code) at the top of your html form. To run via bizpep there should be no php code at the top of your web page html. You can open the page in a text editor and delete any php code at the top. If you still have difficulty send me a copy of your form as an email attachment and I will have a look for you.

Q: I downloaded the software to try, uploaded a form and input all the database information. Now I get to the existing form where I click on the code and it says "building" "loading". May I not go to be able to see the code before I buy your product.
A: If you are attempting to use the Existing Form Local file function the software must be running on your local system (not the internet). As stated in the Local Files section of the Help file "Form1 Builder must be running on the local system (ie saved on your computer) not via the internet to use this function". If you not running Form1 Builder Software on your local system it is unable to access local files and simply reloads itself because it can not access the required file. Try building a Quick Form initially (you can see all the code) so you understand the process and then build other forms. Let me know how you go.
