Questions & Answers
Q: I've tried to create a dynamic xml sitemap so that I can use it to submit directly to google. What has been generated seems like an error to me.
A: Yes, it is not correct. Try running SiteMap XML it in form mode first so you can easily see the results and set the variables correctly. You need to make sure you have an include pattern so that the urls can match something otherwise there will be no urls selected, which appears to be the case?

Q: Purchased product in December 2005. Had system problems and lost everything. I have my registration code. Do I simply go thru the trial process and wait for the registration message (after I download again)?
A: Once you have downloaded you can register straight away by selecting the Terms and Conditions tab, scrolling down and clicking the Registration Button to input your registration details.

Q: I was browsing thru the net while i saw your PHP mailer Trial Version page. Please i'll like to know if i could verify how it works and how long it will take to deliver my message to my recipients. Also do i need to have a Web domain to host the page before i could make use of it or could it work for me without having a domain. Thanks and i await your response.
A: Delivery time depends on how many emails are being sent and the capacity and setup of your server. However it is not designed for bulk emails as each email is individually sent. As an indicator allow at least a second per email address. To run the software you must be able to upload it to a server that supports php. So you do not necessarily need a domain but you must have access to a server with php support and in most cases this is part of a domain hosting package.

Q: I just have purchased the Goldmine version of Form1 Builder. I am having trouble getting the form to email to Goldmine. The only time I get an email is if my form has the "send copy". The person who fills out the form would get the email. I have tried the form with and without my smtp mail server settings.
A: Do you have the Form Delivery Email Address set in the form variables? In the processing script this appears as $delemail = ....? If you send me a copy of your form as an email attachment I will be able to see your settings and let you know more.

Q: I tried your script and it works fantastic. But if I want to submit the sitemap to google, they check it and reject it because of the file format.
A: Google has recently changed some of there standards resulting in some error responses. We have a new version due for release during April (hopefully in a couple of weeks). It will cover changes to Google standards and provide additional features such as RSS, HTML and text sitemaps, url encoding plus improved url extraction. This will make it suitable for not only Google sitemaps but for Yahoo submission and provide a human and search engine readable dynamic site map.
