Questions & Answers
Q: I am currently building a site in a test on my own domain. To get the form to work correctly I assume I will have to register one licence with my own domain. Once the site goes live it is hosted with its own domain name but inside the folder of another domain. Which one should I register. Once registered to my own domain will I have to 'recompile' the form to get it to work on the new domain? Also if/when I require further licences how do I apply for them.
A: You will need 2 licenses one for your domain and one for the domain it will run on in the future (ie whatever domain appears in the address bar). You can upgrade to add an additional domain using the Upgrade link from the Registration page of your software. When you receive upgraded registration details input them and you will be able to add an additional domain to the Builder and all forms built from then on will run on both registered domains (ie your and the future domain).

Q: When I wish to import a form back to the software do I import the php text file I saved or will I be able to import the file from the web page, as I have tried both and can't get them to work, I get the source code but when trying to view for I get forwarded to the help page!
A: I am not to sure what you are referring to here. But if you simply want to upgrade the processing code you can simply copy the new processing code generated by the builder and paste it into your form file (using a text editor). The same applies if you want to use an existing Web Form page you can open it in a text editor and paste code to the top of it.

Q: I have just downloaded the trial of your software and first I'll say I'd like to work it and probably purchase it. I tried to make the quik form copied to just simply notepad saved it out in all files as form1.php. When I did this it saved as a dreamweaver file. I uploaded it to the server and everything did seem to go fine until it came time to submit it just won't deliver the form.
A: Either your sever does not support php. You can test it using the Test Code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html . If your server does support php then it is most likely the php code is broken. Editing a file that contains php in Dreamweaver (or most other html editors) breaks the php. Only a text editor should be used. If you continue o have difficulty send me your file as an email attachment and let me know the url of the file on your server and I will have a look for you.

Q: We would like to purchase your Budgeting and forecasting workbook but we need to know if we can delete your logos and marketing content once we purchase the software and all the locked cells will be unlocked or we will be provided with a password to unlock them.
A: If you are referring to our Forecast and Budget Builder with a standard Non-Commercial license all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied, access cell contents to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected) and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification. Please note that Bizpep retain full copyright and intellectual property rights at all times. A Commercial license fee is three times that of a Non-Commercial license

Q: I tried (trial basis)your password protection software. The code appeared when I accessed the password protection page indicating that the server is not php capable. I checked the server received this message ...Our servers are installed with php and mysql.
A: Password protection software does not require mysql and will run on correctly installed php versions. Try our php test Code at https://bizpep.com/phptest.html and if all seems correct re-build upload your password code. Do not use a hml editor for any page with php code as it may break the code.
