Q: I have Form 1 Builder Goldmine and have been using it very successfully for a year or so. I have just changed my website to be fully "Flash" and thus will need to create a form in Flash. As long as I use the POST method and reference the correct processor.php file should it work do you think? Are there any special requirements that you know of in Flash forms?
A: Yes, just use the Form Action method and point the form action to the processor file and it should be fine.

Q: I have a couple of staff on salary so their weekly costs do not vary with hours. How can i include them in the rostering?
A: You can set up a Classification on the Wages sheet with a base rate of 0. Using this for salary staff allows them to be rostered when ever required without impacting the cost. However you would need to add in any salary costs applicable. Alternatively you can define a nominal hourly rate for salary staff based on nominal hours ie weekly salary / divided by nominal hours worked. This would allow the cost to be included but you could only roster them for the nominal hours regardless of actual hours worked.
