Q: Trying to create form to generate proper GM detail records -- cs1_etc. Detail records are not importing. Created the fields - but there is no [ContSupp] tag generated in the Import file. after [Detail]. Been through the help files - is there a flag or selector I have missed?

A: Have you read the GoldMine Automated Processes information at https://bizpep.com/form1/ . ..."To use ContSupp simply include them in your form as fields with the required ContSupp name. ContSupp fields must have a prefix of cs#_, and must appear consecutively. For example, the fields of the first ContSupp record would have the prefix cs1_, while the fields of a second record would have a prefix of cs2_. You can add a maximum of nine ContSupp records." They come after the Data tag, not Detail?

Q: Seems when the auto-responder is selected - the autoresponse e-mail is sent to the form e-mail and not the contact's e-mail address.

A: As stated in the Help file .."This message will be sent to the input value of the Defined Email Address Form Field on form submission. The form should include an input email address field and it should be set as Required in the Defined Required Form Fields." Make sure you set up a Defined Email Address Form Field in your settings and have a corresponding input field in your form see the Help file https://bizpep.com/form1/ .

Q: Using formbuilder for Goldmine. I have Display as HTML before submission set. However, it is displaying my Hidden Goldmine processor tags as well. How do I get it to display HTML for confirmation - without showing the GM preprocessing instructions?

A: Hidden fields are included in the form submission and displayed when you submit the form with Display as HTML set. If you unset Display as HTML there will be no display.

Q: We have purchased 2 licenses for this software. It is installed on our server however every time we go to the link it won't work until we register,...which we have done from first email we received from you. Is this necessary each and every time we use this program??? Are we missing something here?

A: SiteMap XML Software registration details are saved as cookies on your computer, if you are using it on 2 computers you will need to register on each. As long as cookies are enabled and not blocked/cleared the registration details remain. If the Software reverts to evaluation mode then cookies were cleared and you need to re-enter software registration details.

Q: I have Form 1 Builder Goldmine and have been using it very successfully for a year or so. I have just changed my website to be fully "Flash" and thus will need to create a form in Flash. As long as I use the POST method and reference the correct processor.php file should it work do you think? Are there any special requirements that you know of in Flash forms?

A: Yes, just use the Form Action method and point the form action to the processor file and it should be fine.
