Q: I am still not sure how this page password php works with the "<?php" statement. I have a icon that is hyperlink to the "password.php" page. Does this statement show only on at the top of that (password.php) linked page? This page does come up, but when I enter the "password" there is no link to the requested page. How is this hidden page linked or pass-thru from the password.php. Can you show me some examples of how this works. I am not sure just how the "<?php include>" statement works.
A: Follow the instructions in the Help file https://bizpep.com/password/ . If you want to use the include method then just add <?php include("password.php") ?> to the very top of the web page you want to protect and save the generated code as password.php and upload it to your server. You do not have links etc to the password.php file. It is included (by the include("password.php")..) and runs when the protected page is called prompting for a password.

Q: I am a chartered accountant and when the point came up commercial or non commercial it seems that you charge 3 times the price , Do you consider me commercial or non commercial and why the hike in price.
A: If you will be using the software to provide a service to your clients ie assessing client businesses then a Commercial license is required. A Commercial license allows the commercial use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting. If it is only for assessing you own business a Non-Commercial license is suitable. You can upgrade from a Non-Commercial license to a Commercial license at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.html .

Q: For some reason the business revenue and materials & supplies inputs have been disabled and put under a locked code, therefore I cannot build my model. Can I please have the code which I should use to unlock the workbook?
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. Input your values in the blue cells, if you want to change your Expense input from Monetary to Percent select the Heading of the Expense value input column (default is Monetary) . As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted. We do offer Commercial licenses for the use of software for inter-business support, advice, or consulting and upon request with a Commercial license can provide an unprotected software version allowing you to to view the formula applied, access cell contents to enhance your knowledge of software operation (macros remain protected) and undertake minor refinements (ie headings etc). In this format application sheets are unprotected, the workbook itself and the Terms and Conditions and Instructions sheets remain protected to maintain licencing and intellectual property rights notification. Our standard Non-Commercial license is for private and internal business use only. You can upgrade from a Non-Commercial license to a Commercial license at https://bizpep.com/upgrade.html . Please note that Bizpep retain full copyright and intellectual property rights at all times.

Q: The SiteMap XML Software reverted back to evaluation mode. This could be due to a server move. Please activate the license again. Thank you.
A: SiteMap XML Software registration details are saved as cookies on your system. As long as cookies are enabled and not blocked/cleared the registration details remain. When you use registered SiteMap XML Software to generate Dynamic SiteMap Code the registration is embedded in the generated code. If the Software reverts to evaluation mode then cookies were cleared and you need to re-enter software registration details. If Dynamic SiteMap Code is in evaluation mode then it was not build with registered software and you need to re-enter software registration details and rebuild the Dynamic code.

Q: I am currently building a site in a test on my own domain. To get the form to work correctly I assume I will have to register one licence with my own domain. Once the site goes live it is hosted with its own domain name but inside the folder of another domain. Which one should I register. Once registered to my own domain will I have to 'recompile' the form to get it to work on the new domain? Also if/when I require further licences how do I apply for them.
A: You will need 2 licenses one for your domain and one for the domain it will run on in the future (ie whatever domain appears in the address bar). You can upgrade to add an additional domain using the Upgrade link from the Registration page of your software. When you receive upgraded registration details input them and you will be able to add an additional domain to the Builder and all forms built from then on will run on both registered domains (ie your and the future domain).
